Beginning 2026 ALL appointments must utilize a label

NAME

LABEL

($50 one-time setup fee) -  Includes three lines of text for identifying information.

We suggest Name, City/State, Website, Social Media, Phone Number, etc

This is NOT for claims about the product. 

LOGO
LABEL

($150 on-time setup fee) - Top Center or Left Corner placement of your black and white logo. Printers are limited in their capability, the simpler the logo the better it will turn out. One line of contact information at the bottom.
